Requirements:
✅ Educational Background:
– Preferably a graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course
– College level may be acceptable with relevant experience

✅ Work Experience:
– At least 2–3 years experience in the food and beverage industry
– With experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or café setting

✅ Skills & Competencies:
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Customer service-oriented
– Can handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
– Knows how to manage schedules, inventory, and daily operations
– Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
– Able to train and motivate staff

✅ Personal Traits:
– Trustworthy and responsible
– Can work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
– Willing to work on weekends and holidays
– Flexible and proactive
